Little Sunshines
This is our youngest group of babies from birth to 2 years old. Here we have 6 little ones at a time and 2 nursery nursies to look after them.
The Sunshines group room is the smallest, but big enough for crawling, learning and have plenty of free fun. There are special cots, a remote changing/washing area, baby feeding chairs and all the other equipment needed for our little sunshines.
Baby 0-2 y. (saulutes) group daily schedule
7:00 – 8:00 Early morning session – for children who arrived an hour earlier – welcome and free play.
8:00 – 8:30 Most children have arrived and been registered.
8:30 – 9:00 Breakfast.
9:00 – 9:55 Free play and settling–in time. Children socialise with peers and staff and settle down for their day.
9:55 – 10:30 Outdoor play, adult led activity / child initiated free play.
10:30 – 10:45 Mid–morning snack time.
10:45 – 11:20 Craft activities, learning Lithuanian and English languages, music, dancing, role play and rhymes.
11:20 – 12:00 Lunch time.
12:00 – 14:30 Sleep and rest time.
14:30 – 14:45 Afternoon snack.
14:45 – 15:45 Outside / Inside adult led activity and child initiated free play.
15:45 – 16:15 Tea time.
16:15 – 18:00 Free play.
18:00 Setting closes.
